Last Updated: June 27, 2026 Welcome to MARQEVOR. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and all your custom metal product orders, including lapel pins, staff name badges, cufflinks, tie clips, commemorative recognition gifts and matching custom packaging.
1. Custom Product Inquiries
MARQEVOR focuses on customized products, and all business transactions are based on formal quotations. All product images, sample styles, dimensions, surface finishes and descriptions displayed on our website are for reference only. All final specifications, unit prices, production lead times, shipping methods and payment terms shall be subject to the written quotation or order confirmation issued before mass production.
2. Quotations and Order Confirmation
A quotation alone shall not constitute a binding order unless otherwise expressly stated in writing. Product prices, raw material costs, plating options, shipping fees and production lead times are subject to fluctuations depending on artwork complexity, order quantity, technical specifications, packaging requirements and delivery destinations. Unless otherwise specified, all quotations are valid for 5 days from the date of issuance.
3. Artwork, Trademarks and Intellectual Property
You warrant that you hold all legal rights, permissions and authorizations to use any logos, graphics, texts, trademarks, designs or other materials submitted to MARQEVOR. By submitting artwork and production requirements, you confirm that such materials do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. MARQEVOR reserves the right to reject any custom requests that are illegal, misleading, vulgar or potentially infringing. All intellectual property rights of custom artwork provided by customers belong exclusively to the customer. MARQEVOR claims no ownership of any trademarks or logos supplied by customers, and the customer shall bear all legal liabilities arising from such materials.
4. Proof Approval and Production
Arrangement Prior to mass production, MARQEVOR may provide digital renderings, technical suggestions or physical samples for your review. Mass production will only start after you confirm the final design, craftsmanship and full order details in writing. You are solely responsible for checking all details including spelling, names, dimensions, artwork placement, color codes and other particulars before confirmation, and confirmation shall be deemed your full acceptance of all contents. Any modifications requested after final approval may incur extra charges, extend production lead times, or be technically unachievable.
5. Color, Surface Finishes and Manufacturing Tolerances
Custom metal products are manufactured via multiple processes including plating, enamel filling, laser engraving, polishing, sandblasting and other surface treatments. Minor variations in color, base metal tone, texture, engraving depth, dimensions and surface appearance may exist between digital drafts, pre-production samples and bulk finished goods. Such reasonable manufacturing deviations shall not be regarded as product defects.
6. Payment Terms
Deposit, balance payment and all payment rules shall comply with the terms specified in the quotation or order confirmation. Sampling, production and shipment will only be arranged after we receive and clear the full required payment; overdue payment will correspondingly delay the production schedule.
7. Order Cancellations and Revisions
All products are custom-made according to your designs. Cancellations or revisions are generally unavailable once artwork is finalized, samples are confirmed or production has commenced. If we approve your requested order cancellation or revision, you shall bear all costs already incurred, including design fees, raw material losses, sample fees, mold tooling charges, semi-finished product processing fees and other related expenses.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping arrangements, estimated delivery times, freight charges, import duties and taxes shall be governed by our Shipping Policy as well as the corresponding quotation and order confirmation. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delivery schedules may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance procedures, weather, public holidays and other external factors beyond our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, MARQEVOR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or any custom orders. For any single confirmed order, our total maximum compensation liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to MARQEVOR for the affected goods.
